Bagamoyo road
The main coastal road runs past Mapinga on its way from Dar es Salaam to Bagamoyo. Most of the new streets branch off this line.

Mapinga Map Poster & Print
Mapinga lies in Bagamoyo District of Pwani Region, on the coastal plain north of Dar es Salaam. The road to Bagamoyo passes close by, and the settlement has expanded along it as the city pushes outward. From above the pattern is mixed: older village lanes, newer rectangular plots, and open land that is still being divided up.
The Indian Ocean shore lies a short distance to the east. The flat land between the road and the sea is laced with tracks, gardens and patches of coastal scrub. A Mapinga map poster captures a place in transition, with the outline of a planned grid starting to appear among the looser paths of the countryside.
Its position matters. Mapinga sits on the corridor between the country's largest city and Bagamoyo, a historic coastal town, so the map records a moment in how the two are growing toward each other. Anyone who has watched a family plot or a new house take shape here will see that change in the linework.

New subdivisions
Rectangular plots and straight access roads mark recently divided land, giving parts of the map a crisp, gridded look beside the older curving paths.
Coastal plain
Low, flat ground stretches toward the Indian Ocean, so the poster shows a broad, even field of tracks and small blocks near the shoreline.

Mapingaを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
Many people buy land or build in Mapinga, and a map is a natural way to mark that step. You can put a family name or the date you moved in into the title and subtitle, and set the coordinates line to your plot.
Classic black & white gives the clearest view of the new streets, Blueprint suits a building project, and Noir, Paper and Sand offer darker or warmer alternatives. You can download six print sizes for $9 or order a matte printed poster, with a wooden frame if you like.
