Railway spine
The line from Milan runs through town, and many streets orient themselves to it, giving the map a dominant north–south axis.

Meda Map Poster & Print
Meda lies in the province of Monza and Brianza, north of Milan, in an area where towns have grown until they almost touch. On the map, Meda's historic centre is a small knot of older streets, surrounded by newer residential blocks, workshops and light industry that run seamlessly into neighbouring municipalities such as Seveso and Cabiate.
The town is part of the Brianza furniture district, a long tradition of cabinet-making and design manufacturing that still shapes the local economy. A railway line crosses the town north to south, and the grid of later development tends to align with it. Villa Antona Traversi, built on the site of a former monastery, is the main historic landmark.
A Meda map poster captures the texture of industrial Lombardy: small lots, workshops, courtyards and residential streets packed closely together. In a minimal style, that density becomes an intricate pattern, and the rail line gives the composition a clear spine.

Historic core
The old centre around the villa and main church forms a small cluster of irregular streets inside the more regular later development.
Continuous settlement
The town's edges blur into neighbouring municipalities, so the map shows streets flowing on without a clear boundary, typical of the Brianza area.
