Yangcun Map Poster & Print
Yangcun is the urban centre of Wuqing District, and from above it looks like much of the North China Plain: flat, open and organised into large rectilinear blocks. Wide avenues divide the town into superblocks, and new districts have spread outward in the same regular pattern.
Wuqing sits on the corridor between Beijing and Tianjin, and the high-speed intercity railway linking the two cities has a stop here. The North Canal, part of the historic Grand Canal system, passes through the district, adding one of the few curving lines to an otherwise orthogonal plan.
A Yangcun map poster captures that clarity. The grid of avenues fills the sheet evenly, the waterway cuts through at an angle, and the rail and expressway lines along the corridor give the composition a strong direction.
