Old harbour
The small, curved port sits right next to the historic centre. Its breakwaters and quays form one of the most recognisable shapes along the coast.

The map
Bisceglie Map Poster & Print
Bisceglie lies on the Adriatic coast of Apulia, between Molfetta and Trani. From above, the town is split into two clear parts. Along the sea is the old town, a dense cluster of narrow, winding streets around a small curved harbour. Inland, the newer areas spread out in a more regular grid, crossed by roads and a railway running parallel to the coast.
The old town grew up around its Romanesque cathedral and its port, where fishing boats still dock. Just outside town is the Dolmen of Bisceglie, a prehistoric stone tomb that is among the best known in southern Italy. The surrounding countryside is covered in olive groves and orchards, and the area is particularly known for its cherries.
A Bisceglie map poster shows the long coastline as a strong, clean edge, with the tangled medieval streets pressed right against it. Behind that, the more open grid of the modern town offers a clear contrast. The balance between sea, harbour and city makes it a calm, well-composed map that fits easily in almost any room.

Medieval centre
Around the cathedral, the old town is a web of short, narrow lanes. On the map it looks denser and more irregular than the newer districts.
Adriatic coastline
The coast runs almost straight past the town, broken only by the harbour and small coves. It forms a sharp, clear boundary across the whole poster.
