Refund Policy

You can check your design for free before buying: the free preview shows exactly what your poster will look like, in low resolution and with a watermark.

If your HD files are faulty, don’t match your design, or you are unhappy for any reason, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the files or give you a full refund. Refunds are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

Printed and framed posters: if your poster arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it free of charge or refund you. Because every poster is made to order from your own design, we can't take back posters that arrive in good condition, except where the law gives you that right.

By downloading the files you request immediate delivery of digital content. Where the law allows, this may end the statutory withdrawal period, but our 14-day guarantee above still applies.
