Refund Policy

You can check your design for free before buying: the free preview shows exactly what your poster will look like, in low resolution and with a watermark.

If your HD files are faulty, don’t match your design, or you are unhappy for any reason, write to support@citymapposters.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the files or give you a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

By downloading the files you request immediate delivery of digital content. Where the law allows, this may end the statutory withdrawal period, but our 14-day guarantee above still applies.
