City Map Posters operates citymapposters.com. We collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

Poster designs. When you start a purchase we store your poster settings (location, style, text) so we can render your files. Order details. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment and shares with us your email address and transaction ID so we can deliver your files. We never see or store card details. Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are used; this may include your approximate location, device and referrer.

Why

To deliver what you bought (contract), to prevent fraud and meet tax obligations (legal obligation), and to improve the Service (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting for us: Paddle (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider (to send your download link) and analytics. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap and place search may query Photon (komoot); these services receive your IP address when your browser loads them.

Retention

Order records and files are kept so you can re-download them, and for as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing, by writing to support@citymapposters.com.

Cookies

We use local storage for preferences only. Analytics, if enabled, is configured without advertising cookies.
