Old town core
The historic centre is a compact cluster of narrow, irregular lanes around markets, the densest part of the map and the oldest pattern in the area.

The map
Jewar Map Poster & Print
Jewar lies in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, south of Greater Noida, on the flat plain east of the Yamuna River. The old town is compact, with narrow lanes gathered around its markets, and it is surrounded by farmland crossed by field tracks and irrigation channels. On a map, that pattern is clear: a small, dense core set in a wide, open landscape of fields.
Jewar has become widely known as the location of Noida International Airport, a major new airport for the Delhi region built on farmland near the town. The Yamuna Expressway, which links Greater Noida and Agra, runs nearby, and new roads are being laid out around the airport site. The town's surroundings are changing quickly, from agricultural land to large-scale infrastructure.
A Jewar map poster captures a moment of transition. The old town appears as a tight knot of lanes, the fields as open ground around it, and the straight lines of the expressway and the airport's runway and access roads introduce a new, much larger geometry. It is a portrait of a place at the edge of change, and a record of how it looks today.
