Alaşehir lies in Manisa Province in western Turkey, on a gentle slope where the Bozdağ mountains meet a broad, fertile valley. The town climbs from the plain toward the hills. Its streets run steeper and more irregular on the southern side and settle into a more open pattern to the north, where vineyards and orchards cover the valley floor.
In antiquity the city was Philadelphia, founded in the second century BC by the kings of Pergamon and named after Attalus II Philadelphus. It became one of the Seven Churches of Asia addressed in the Book of Revelation. The massive brick pillars of a Byzantine church still stand in the town centre. The valley is also known for its seedless grapes and sultanas.
An Alaşehir map poster brings these layers together: the dense old core around the ruins, the newer blocks spreading across the plain, and the roads that fan out through the vineyards. The mountains to the south give the composition a natural edge, while the open valley leaves calm space for the title.
The surviving pillars of a large Byzantine church, traditionally linked to St John, stand among the streets of the centre as a small open site within the dense urban fabric.
The southern edge of town rises into the lower slopes of the Bozdağ range. Streets there bend and narrow, giving the map a textured upper edge.
North of the centre the valley opens into a flat agricultural plain known for its grapes, where straight rural roads divide the land into long plots.

Ko e ha Alaşehir
Alaşehir interests readers of early Christian history as well as families from the Manisa region. A map of the town connects the ancient name Philadelphia with the streets of today, which makes it a quiet, thoughtful piece for a study, a reading corner or a hallway.
Personalise the title, perhaps with Philadelphia or Alaşehir, add a subtitle and keep the coordinates. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cost $9, and printed posters on matte paper can arrive in a wooden frame.
