Roads shaped by slope
Instead of straight lines, the roads loop and switch back along the hillsides. On the poster they form curving strokes that show where the ground allowed a route to pass.

Ko e mape
Bunjwah sits in the mountainous east of Jammu and Kashmir, in the wider catchment of the Chenab. From above, this is not a town of grids or boulevards. Roads follow the land, bending around spurs and dropping into side valleys, and houses gather wherever the slope eases enough to build.
On a map this gives Bunjwah a loose, organic outline. A few main routes carry most of the movement, and smaller paths branch off towards hamlets on the surrounding hillsides. Streams cut down through the terrain and leave narrow lines that the roads often shadow. The empty space between them matters as much as the built-up parts, because it shows how much of the area is still steep ground and field.
A Bunjwah map poster keeps that relationship between settlement and mountain. In black and white, the thin roads read almost like handwriting across the page, tracing how people have made room for daily life in high country. It is a quiet, spare composition that suits a place defined more by its landscape than by any single landmark.
Instead of straight lines, the roads loop and switch back along the hillsides. On the poster they form curving strokes that show where the ground allowed a route to pass.
Settlement is spread out, with small clusters of buildings along the hillsides rather than one dense core. This gives the map a light, dotted texture across the frame.
The town lies in the mountainous Chenab region. Streams and side valleys run down through the terrain, and the map picks up their lines between the roads.

Ko e ha Bunjwah
For families with roots in the hills around Bunjwah, this map is a way to keep the shape of home on a wall far from the mountains. It often goes up in a hallway or study as a small, personal landmark.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a family name or a meaningful date, then choose one of five styles. Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand each give the winding roads a different mood.
