Ko e mape
Kozáni is the capital of the West Macedonia region, set on an upland plateau in northern Greece at roughly 700 metres above sea level. From above, the town has a compact, rounded shape: a dense core of narrow, irregular streets around the central square, surrounded by newer neighbourhoods laid out on more regular lines, and then by broad agricultural plains stretching toward the mountains.
The town's most recognisable landmark is its clock tower, which stands near the centre and has become a symbol of the place. Kozáni is also known for the Koventareios Library, one of the older public libraries in Greece, and for its carnival traditions. The surrounding area has long been tied to lignite mining and power generation, visible on wider maps as large open pits.
A Kozáni map poster shows the contrast between old and new with particular clarity. The tight knot of historic streets gives way to longer, straighter avenues, and road links lead out toward Ptolemaida, Veria and Thessaloniki. Further south, the Aliakmonas valley and the Polyfytos reservoir add large, smooth water shapes to the wider landscape around the town.
Narrow, winding streets gather around the main square and the clock tower, forming the densest and most intricate part of the map.
The town sits on open upland, so the built-up area has a clear edge where streets give way to fields and long, straight rural roads.
Major routes toward Ptolemaida, Veria and Thessaloniki leave the town in several directions, giving the plan a distinct, star-like outline.

Ko e ha Kozáni
Kozáni draws students to its university and keeps a strong bond with those who grew up here and later moved to Athens, Thessaloniki or abroad. A map of the town's streets is an understated way to carry that connection into a new home.
Personalise the title with a family name or a meaningful phrase, add a subtitle and edit the coordinates line. Then pick one of five styles, from Noir to Paper. The $9 digital files include six sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF.
