Lopud Map Poster & Print
Lopud is one of the Elaphiti Islands, a short boat ride northwest of Dubrovnik. It is small and gently shaped, with a sheltered bay on one side where the village follows the waterfront. The island is car-free, so the map shows paths instead of roads. A walking route crosses the hills to the other side of the island.
On the other side is Šunj, a sandy bay, which is unusual on this rocky stretch of the Croatian coast. Lopud also has a Franciscan monastery on the headland above the village harbour. Most visitors arrive by ferry or taxi boat and spend the day walking between the two bays.
A Lopud map poster has a light touch. The line of the village, a few paths over the hills, and two bays facing in different directions are enough. Neighbouring Elaphiti islands at the edge of the frame provide context without taking attention from the island.
