Sham Tseng lies on the northwest shore of Hong Kong's Tsuen Wan district, on a narrow coastal shelf where steep hillsides drop almost straight into the sea. The map shows a thin band of development. Residential towers stand close together along the waterfront, and Castle Peak Road runs as a single strong line behind them. Beyond the road the terrain rises quickly into wooded slopes with almost no streets.
Offshore, the water opens toward Ma Wan and the Tsing Ma and Ting Kau bridges. These long spans carry traffic to Lantau and the airport and add clean geometric strokes to the seascape. Smaller villages sit in folds of the hills, reached by winding access roads. The composition is almost entirely horizontal: sea, shoreline, towers, road and hills in stacked layers.
Sham Tseng is known across Hong Kong for its roast goose restaurants, which have drawn diners along Castle Peak Road for decades. The waterfront was once the site of a large brewery, and the land was later redeveloped for housing. A Sham Tseng map poster captures a very Hong Kong kind of place, where a dense residential edge presses up against mountains and open water.
A row of high-rise estates lines the shore. On the map they read as a dense, narrow band set between the road and the sea.
The coastal road runs the length of the settlement, a continuous line tracing the shore and linking the villages and towers.
The Ting Kau and Tsing Ma bridges cross the water nearby, adding long, precise lines to the sea side of the composition.

Ko e ha Sham Tseng
Sham Tseng suits anyone who has lived in its towers, cycled or driven the coast road, or made the trip out for roast goose. The mix of sea, hills and bridges makes a strong layout even in the plainest style, and it looks especially sharp in Noir or Blueprint.
You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates line, for example with an estate name, a move-in date or both. All five styles are available. Digital HD files cost $9 and come in six print sizes, or you can order a framed print to be delivered.
