Ko e mape
Xo‘jaobod lies in Andijan Region in the east of Uzbekistan, in the densely farmed Fergana Valley. From above, the town's streets are only part of the picture. Around it, irrigation canals and field boundaries form a closely drawn geometric pattern that covers almost the whole map, with lines of trees and roads running between plots.
The Fergana Valley is one of Central Asia's most populous and intensively cultivated areas. It depends on a system of canals fed by the rivers coming down from the surrounding mountains. Towns like Xo‘jaobod serve as local centres for the villages and farmland around them, linked by roads that cross the canal network.
A Xo‘jaobod map poster captures that agricultural geometry. The town is a denser cluster, and the fields and canals around it create a subtle grid that reaches to the edges of the sheet. In monochrome, the result looks almost like a textile, made of regular strips and fine lines.
Thin, mostly straight channels cross the land in every direction. They are the defining feature of the map and the lifeline of the valley's agriculture.
Long rectangular plots between the canals create a regular, repeating pattern around the town and give the poster an even, woven texture.
At the heart of the map, streets cluster more densely, marking the town itself as a local hub within the surrounding farmland.

Ko e ha Xo‘jaobod
The map resonates with people from Xo‘jaobod and the Andijan region, including many who now work elsewhere and want to keep home in view. Its canal pattern makes an unusually graphic image.
