Compact old core
Narrow, irregular lanes form a dense cluster at the town's centre. On the poster this knot of streets becomes a strong focal point against the open land.

Borāwar Map Poster & Print
Borāwar is a town in central Rajasthan, just west of Makrana, on the semi-arid plains between the Aravalli hills and the Thar Desert. The land is flat and open, and the map shows a compact settlement surrounded by fields and scrubland. Roads to neighbouring towns cross the area in long straight lines and meet where the town's lanes are densest.
Makrana is famous for its white marble, the stone used in the Taj Mahal, and the quarrying landscape around it extends into the countryside near Borāwar. On a map, quarries appear as irregular, pale shapes cut into the land. They contrast with the neat divisions of the fields and the tight, irregular lanes of the town centre.
A Borāwar map poster offers a simple view of a small Rajasthani town. It shows a dense core of narrow streets, newer houses along the roads, and wide open land beyond. The minimal structure suits the black-and-white style, where every line counts and the space around the town carries as much meaning as the streets.

Marble country
The surrounding area lies within the marble belt around Makrana. Quarries and open ground add pale, irregular shapes to the landscape near the town.
