Atatürk Dam reservoir
The reservoir on the Euphrates stretches through the district in long, branching arms. Its irregular shoreline makes the most dramatic shape on a wider map.

Bozova Map Poster & Print
Bozova is a district town in Şanlıurfa province, in south-eastern Turkey. It stands on open plateau land close to the reservoir of the Atatürk Dam, the vast lake created on the Euphrates. The town is compact, with a simple network of streets around a central area and newer blocks on the outskirts, all set within wide, dry countryside.
The creation of the reservoir changed the landscape of the district, flooding river valleys and turning parts of the area into lakeshore. On a large enough map, the long, branching arms of the reservoir are the dominant feature, a clear contrast with the dry, open land around them. The district is also known for its agriculture and fishing on the lake.
A Bozova map poster sets the modest town against a dramatic landscape of water and plateau. The small street grid, the long regional roads and the irregular reservoir shoreline make a composition with both detail and scale, and it is a clear reminder of home for anyone from the district.

Compact town core
The town itself is small, with streets around a central area and newer blocks on the edges. It forms a tidy cluster of detail in open land.
Plateau roads
Regional roads cross the dry plateau in long lines, linking Bozova to Şanlıurfa and other towns and giving structure to the empty land around it.
