Edge of the capital
Codru's streets connect directly to Chișinău, so the map shows a continuous urban fabric that gradually opens into lower-density housing and gardens.

Codru Map Poster & Print
Codru is a town within Chișinău Municipality, directly adjoining the south-western edge of the Moldovan capital. On the map it is hard to tell exactly where the city ends and Codru begins: city streets continue into the town, while houses with long garden plots and green patches become more common towards the outskirts.
The name refers to the Codri, the forested hills of central Moldova that stretch west of the capital. The land around Codru rises and falls, and streets tend to follow the slopes rather than a strict grid. Residential lanes, a few main roads into Chișinău and open green land make up most of the picture.
A Codru map poster shows this transition from city to countryside in one frame. It suits residents, families who built houses here, and people from Chișinău who know Codru as the green edge of the city.

Garden plots
Long, narrow lots behind houses create a fine striped pattern on the map, characteristic of the private-house neighbourhoods around Moldovan towns.
Rolling ground
Streets bend with the hilly terrain towards the Codri woodlands, giving the layout soft curves instead of a strict grid.
