Gulf shoreline
The coast of north-western Hainan runs along the map as an irregular line. Its inlets and curves give the composition its main natural shape.

De kaart
Eman Map Poster & Print
Eman lies in the north-western part of Hainan, China's southern island province, not far from the coast facing the Beibu Gulf. The landscape here is low and open. Farmland, scattered villages and waterways run towards a shoreline shaped by bays and inlets. On a map, the town is a modest cluster of streets in wide coastal land.
The street pattern mixes a compact older centre with roads that branch out towards the surrounding villages. Water adds texture, with ponds, channels and the irregular line of the coast breaking up the fields. Together they make a map shaped less by the town than by its setting between land and sea.
An Eman map poster brings out this coastal character. The shoreline and waterways form the most striking lines, and the town's streets add a small, dense focal point. It's a quiet, spacious composition that suits anyone with roots in this part of Hainan, far from its better-known resort coasts.

Compact town centre
The town's streets gather in a small, dense cluster. On the poster, they make a clear focal point within the open coastal landscape.
Waterways and ponds
Small channels and ponds are scattered across the surrounding farmland. They add a fine layer of detail that shows how closely this landscape is tied to water.
