Hekou Map Poster & Print
This Hekou lies in the far northwest of Jiangsu province, in the Xuzhou area, where Jiangsu meets Shandong and Anhui. The land here is part of the North China Plain: flat, heavily farmed and crossed by straight roads and irrigation channels. The town appears on the map as a small, dense grid in a wide field of rural lines.
Several places in China share the name Hekou, which roughly means river mouth. So the coordinates line on this poster matters, because it shows exactly which town is meant. Like many towns in the region, this Hekou serves the surrounding farms as a local market and administrative centre.
A Hekou map poster shows a quiet, orderly landscape. The streets are mostly straight, the blocks are regular, and the fields extend in long parallel strips. There is no dramatic coastline or hill here, only the calm geometry of cultivated land, which suits a black-and-white print.

Farmland patterns
Straight field boundaries and village roads extend in every direction, creating a fine, repeated pattern across the print that is typical of the North China Plain.
Water channels
Irrigation ditches and small watercourses cross the plain, adding thin lines that tie the town to the farming system around it.
