Compact town core
The centre forms a small, tight cluster of streets. Its density sets it clearly apart from the scattered rural lanes around it.

Huilong Map Poster & Print
Huilong is a town within Chongqing municipality in south-western China, in the hilly country north-east of the city's main urban area. Here the land rarely stays flat for long. Low ridges, small valleys and cultivated terraces cover most of the ground, and settlements fit themselves in wherever they can.
From above, Huilong's streets gather in a compact centre and then follow the easiest lines through the hills. Roads curve around slopes rather than cutting across them, and smaller lanes and paths spread into the surrounding farmland. In black and white the pattern looks almost like a fingerprint, dense in the middle and loosening at the edges.
A Huilong map poster suits people from the town or the surrounding county who want a specific, local image of home. The name Huilong appears in several places across China, so the print's coordinates line pins down exactly which one you mean.

Winding hill roads
The main roads bend around the ridges, producing smooth curves across the print instead of straight lines. It is a quiet way of showing hilly ground.
Precise coordinates

Waarom Huilong
Een kaart met betekenis
A map of the town where someone grew up often means more than any skyline. This print gives Huilong its own frame, drawn at a scale where individual streets are visible.
You can write the title in your own words, add a subtitle and edit the coordinates. Blueprint and Noir give it a graphic look, while Paper softens it. HD files and framed prints are both available.
