Kiyose Map Poster & Print
Kiyose sits in the northwest of Tokyo Metropolis, on the border with Saitama. The Yanase River runs along its northern edge, and the city's streets form an irregular web of residential lanes instead of a formal grid. Unusually for a Tokyo suburb, the map still shows patches of farmland and woodland between the neighbourhoods, which gives it a softer, more open pattern.
The town's history is closely tied to medicine. In the twentieth century, Kiyose became known for its tuberculosis sanatoria, which were built here for the clean air and green surroundings. Today the city still has a notably high concentration of hospitals and care institutions. Kiyose Station, on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, anchors the commercial centre.
A Kiyose map poster captures the fine texture of suburban Tokyo: winding lanes, small blocks, a railway crossing in a single confident line and a river marking the boundary. It is a subtle, calm and intricate design that rewards a closer look.

Seibu Ikebukuro Line
The railway crosses the city in a single clean line. Kiyose Station sits along it, with the densest cluster of streets gathered around the station.
Green hospital grounds
Large hospital and care campuses sit among woods and fields. They appear as broad open blocks that interrupt the fine grain of the residential lanes around them.
