Kraljevo Map Poster & Print
Kraljevo lies in central Serbia near the confluence of the Ibar and West Morava rivers, in a wide valley between hills. The name means roughly king's town, and the area is closely linked to Serbian medieval history. The nearby Žiča Monastery was the site where early Serbian kings were crowned.
The town's centre is organised around a round main square, with streets radiating from it. This circular plaza stands out clearly on the map against the more regular blocks around it. Beyond the centre, the town follows the rivers and roads along the valley, with hills rising to the south and west.
A Kraljevo map poster shows the round square, the two rivers and the valley that holds them. It suits people from the town, members of the diaspora and anyone interested in the heartland of medieval Serbia.
