Mansilingan Map Poster & Print
Mansilingan is a barangay of Bacolod City on the island of Negros, lying on the south-eastern side of the city, inland from the coast. On a map it appears as a mix of residential subdivisions, local roads and remaining open land, connected by main routes back toward central Bacolod. The pattern is less regular than the old downtown grid and more shaped by gradual development.
Because it is part of Bacolod, Mansilingan shares the city's identity as the capital of Negros Occidental, a place long tied to the sugar industry and known for the MassKara Festival each October. Life here is largely residential, with neighbourhoods, schools and small commercial strips along the busier roads.
A Mansilingan map poster centres on this district rather than on the downtown, which makes it a personal choice. The composition shows the curving roads of subdivisions, the straighter main routes and the surrounding texture of the wider city, a view that is meaningful mainly to the people who actually live there or grew up nearby.

Stretches of undeveloped or agricultural land around the district leave quieter spaces on the map, balancing the denser residential blocks.

Waarom Mansilingan
Een kaart met betekenis
Most maps of Bacolod focus on the centre. A poster centred on Mansilingan is for those who call this part of the city home, and it records the streets that actually mattered: the family house, the barangay hall, the route to school.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps adding your street or a family name, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cost $9, or you can order a printed poster shipped from a nearby print partner.
