Monino Map Poster & Print
Monino lies in the Moscow Oblast, northeast of the capital, and is surrounded by the mixed forest that covers much of this part of the region. From above, the settlement appears as a clearing in the woods, with its streets and apartment blocks set within a broad green margin.
The town is best known for the Central Air Force Museum, one of the largest aviation collections in the world, where rows of aircraft stand in an open-air field. For decades Monino was also home to a prominent air force academy, and its layout still reflects that planned, institutional character, with regular blocks and wide spacing between buildings.
A Monino map poster brings these elements together: the railway line arriving from Moscow, the orderly residential quarters, the large open ground of the museum and the forest pressing in from every side. The contrast between the built area and the empty woodland gives the composition a strong, clear shape.

Railway connection
A suburban rail line links Monino to Moscow, entering the town as a single strong line that anchors the street layout around the station.
Forest margins
Dense woodland surrounds the settlement, so the poster shows the town as a distinct clearing with defined edges rather than a sprawl.
