Muluppilagadu Map Poster & Print
Muluppilagadu lies in Kannur district in northern Kerala, on the Malabar Coast. Like much of coastal Kerala, it does not have a single dense town centre. Instead, houses and small lanes spread continuously through green land, so from above the map shows a web of narrow roads rather than a regular grid.
The landscape of this part of Malabar is shaped by water and vegetation: coconut palms, gardens, paddy fields, small rivers and ponds. Roads follow the gentle rise and fall of the ground and the edges of properties, which gives the network its winding, organic look. The main roads connect the area with nearby Kannur and Thalassery.
A Muluppilagadu map poster captures that Kerala pattern clearly. Rather than a strong centre, it shows a finely woven fabric of lanes and paths, with a few main roads running through. In black and white the effect is detailed and delicate, and it feels distinctly different from the maps of planned cities.

Dispersed settlement
Instead of a single dense centre, homes are spread evenly across the area, a settlement pattern common throughout coastal Kerala.
Malabar landscape
Paddy fields, small streams and ponds appear as open spaces and thin lines between the roads, typical of this green, well-watered region.
