Compact historic core
Short, irregular streets and inner courtyards cluster around the basilica area and form the densest patch of line work on the sheet.

Pagani Map Poster & Print
Pagani sits in the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese, a low, heavily farmed plain in Campania where towns run into one another along old roads. From above, the centre is a tight weave of short streets and courtyards. At the edges it breaks up into field plots and the rail line toward Salerno. To the south the land rises quickly into the Lattari mountains, and the change in the street pattern shows at once on a map.
The town is closely tied to Saint Alphonsus Liguori, the eighteenth-century bishop and founder of the Redemptorists. He died here, and his remains rest in the basilica that bears his name. Pagani is also known for the Festa della Madonna delle Galline, a spring celebration in which hens and other animals are part of the devotion.
A Pagani map poster turns this crowded piece of the plain into a clear drawing. Fine lines mark where the historic streets bunch together, broader strokes carry the roads toward Nocera Inferiore and Sant'Egidio, and open white shows where the farmland begins. It reads well as a portrait of home for anyone from the Agro.

Plain meets mountain
South of town the flat grid of fields gives way to the Lattari slopes, where the roads thin out and begin to follow the contours.
Continuous towns
Pagani's built edge merges with Nocera Inferiore and other neighbouring towns, so the map shows one long urban ribbon rather than a town standing on its own.

Waarom Pagani
Een kaart met betekenis
People who grew up in the Agro Nocerino often describe it by the roads between towns rather than by borders. A poster of Pagani captures that feeling. It makes a quiet gift for someone who has moved away but still marks the Madonna delle Galline festival each year.
You can set your own title, add a subtitle such as a family name or a date, and keep or edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster.
