Inya River
The river loops across the landscape near the settlement, with meadows along its banks. On the poster it gives the only natural curve among straight streets and tracks.

Promyshlennaya Map Poster & Print
Promyshlennaya is an urban-type settlement in Kemerovo Oblast, in the Kuzbass region of southwestern Siberia. It sits on the Inya River, and from above the settlement spreads over open, gently rolling land with the railway running through it. Streets are laid out in fairly regular blocks of low houses with gardens, and farmland stretches out beyond.
The name means industrial, and the settlement grew around the railway and the economy of the Kuzbass, the coal-mining heartland of Siberia. It is the centre of its district and a station on the line through the region. The river, the tracks and the main road are the three lines that organise the plan.
A Promyshlennaya map poster presents this Siberian settlement in simple, clear lines: the winding Inya, the straight railway and the regular pattern of streets and gardens between them. In black and white, the contrast between the curving river and the straight human-made lines is a strong visual theme. It suits anyone with roots in the Kuzbass.

Railway station
The railway crosses the settlement in a long straight line, with the station close to the centre. It explains both the location and the layout of the town.
House-and-garden blocks
Most streets are lined with low houses and long garden plots. From above they form a regular, finely textured pattern that fills much of the map.
