Teotônio Vilela Map Poster & Print
Teotônio Vilela is a town in the interior of Alagoas, in northeastern Brazil, in the zone between the humid coast and the drier backlands. It became a separate municipality in the 1980s and was named after Teotônio Vilela, a senator from Alagoas known for his role in the return to democracy. The town is relatively young, and its plan reflects that.
From above, the urban area is a compact grid of streets on gently rolling ground, with a main road running through it. Around the town, the landscape is largely agricultural, and sugar cane dominates much of the surrounding land. Fields cover the hills in broad blocks, crossed by unpaved roads and small streams that run in shallow valleys.
A Teotônio Vilela map poster shows a small, well-defined town surrounded by open countryside. The grid is dense at the centre and thins toward the edges, where streets become rural tracks. It is a clean, uncluttered composition, a good fit for anyone who wants a simple and personal map of their home town in Alagoas.

Cane country
Surrounding hills are covered by large agricultural plots, mostly sugar cane, marked out by farm tracks that form a loose net around the urban area.
