Titiwangsa Map Poster & Print
Titiwangsa is a district in the north of Kuala Lumpur, named after the mountain range that runs down the Malay Peninsula. On a map, its most distinctive feature is the Titiwangsa Lake Gardens. The large public park is built around a lake, and its open water and paths stand out clearly among the surrounding streets.
Around the park, the district mixes older residential neighbourhoods, government and institutional buildings, and newer towers. Main roads curve to follow the rolling terrain rather than forming a strict grid. Rail lines and expressways link the area to the city centre, which lies a short distance to the south.
A Titiwangsa map poster places a city park at the centre of the composition. The irregular outline of the lake, the looping park roads and the denser streets beyond give the print a balance of open and built space. It is a quiet, green view of Kuala Lumpur that many visitors never see.

Curving main roads
Main routes wind around the hills and the park instead of running straight. This gives the district a flowing, organic street pattern.
Links to the centre
Rail and road corridors connect Titiwangsa to central Kuala Lumpur. On the map they appear as strong lines heading south towards the city's core.
