Unaizah Map Poster & Print
Unaizah is one of the principal towns of the Al-Qassim region in central Saudi Arabia, a short distance south of Buraydah. It developed as an oasis and trading town in the Najd, and on a map it appears as a large modern city surrounded by irregular blocks of farmland and palm groves, with stretches of sand beyond the cultivated land.
Date palms are central to Unaizah's identity, and the town hosts a well-known annual date festival. It has also long been noted for its merchants and scholars, and early twentieth-century travellers described it as one of the most cultivated towns of Najd. The Wadi al-Rummah, one of the longest valleys in Arabia, passes nearby.
An Unaizah map poster combines two very different textures: the broad, regular boulevards of the modern city, and the fragmented pattern of farms and palm plots around it. The old centre, with narrower streets, sits within this larger framework. It is a calm, geometric composition that suits the clean lines of a contemporary interior.

Wide boulevards
Broad straight roads divide the modern districts into large rectangular blocks, a clear and regular structure typical of recent Saudi urban growth.
Wadi al-Rummah
The long valley passes close to the city, its course suggested on the map by the band of farms and roads that follow it across the plain.

Waarom Unaizah
Een kaart met betekenis
For people from Qassim, Unaizah is closely tied to family, farms and the season of the date harvest. A map of the town is a restrained way to bring that connection into a home or office, far from the region itself.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be personalised, for a family name, a house or a date. Choose one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download the $9 HD files or order a printed poster on matte paper.
