Bom Jesus dos Perdões is a municipality in São Paulo state, in the hilly country north of the metropolitan area, near Atibaia and Nazaré Paulista. From above, the town centre is a small cluster of streets around a main square and church, with housing spreading along the valleys. Hills, farmland and patches of woodland lie all around.
The Fernão Dias highway, which links São Paulo to Belo Horizonte, runs close to the town and has shaped its connections and growth.
