Saginaw is a city in Tarrant County, just north of Fort Worth, in the flat prairie country of North Texas. From above, the town is divided by rail lines running through it, with residential subdivisions spreading out on either side. Main roads form a broad grid, while the neighbourhoods between them follow curving streets and cul-de-sacs.
The town has long been tied to the railroads and the grain trade, and large grain elevators beside the tracks remain its most recognisable structures.
