Wilnsdorf is a municipality in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district, in the south of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is not one town but a group of villages spread through the wooded hills of the Siegerland, south-east of Siegen. From above, each village is a small cluster of streets in a valley or on a slope, surrounded by forest and meadow.
Forests cover much of the land between the settlements, so the map has large calm areas broken by winding roads that follow the valleys.
