The river crosses the district in broad curves. The banks set the direction of the streets, and several bridges link the neighbourhoods on each side.

Babu Map Poster & Print
Babu is the central urban district of Hezhou, a city in the northeast of Guangxi near the borders with Guangdong and Hunan. The landscape around it is hilly and green. On a map the district's streets gather in the flatter valley land, where the river and roads have made room for a town.
A river winds through the urban area and gives the map its main curve. Streets on either side mostly run parallel or perpendicular to its banks, and bridges stitch the two halves together. Beyond the centre the road network thins out quickly into villages, fields and wooded slopes.
A Babu map poster shows how the terrain has shaped the city. The dense centre is held in by high ground, and the river decides its direction. In monochrome the curve of the water and the tight blocks along it make a clear, balanced composition.

Valley setting
Development stays mostly on the flatter valley ground. The streets end where the hills begin, so the city has a clear, contained outline.
Tri-provincial edge
Hezhou lies near the meeting point of Guangxi, Guangdong and Hunan. On the wider map, the roads lead off toward three different provinces.

Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Babu can be hung as a reminder of home, of time spent in eastern Guangxi or of a family tie to Hezhou. The river gives the map a natural focal line, so it looks settled and calm on a wall.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a name, a date or a short phrase. Then choose Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to suit the room.
