Village lanes
Roads and lanes wind between clusters of homes, following raised ground rather than a planned grid, giving the map an organic, branching pattern.

Nagar Naluākot Map Poster & Print
Nagar Naluākot lies in Dhaka Division in central Bangladesh, on the low, flat land of the great river delta. The landscape around it is typical of the region: level fields, scattered villages, waterways and ponds, with very little change in elevation. From above, water and cultivated land are as prominent as the built-up areas.
In this part of Bangladesh, settlements tend to follow raised ground, roads and embankments, which protect homes from seasonal flooding. The street pattern is therefore irregular, with lanes connecting clusters of houses and markets, and open fields filling the spaces between them. Ponds appear frequently as small, dark shapes within the network.
A Nagar Naluākot map poster presents this delta landscape with clarity. The pattern of lanes, the scattered ponds and the fields beyond create an organic composition, very different from a planned city grid. It is a personal map, most meaningful for people with family ties to this part of Dhaka Division.

Scattered ponds
Small ponds appear throughout the area as dark shapes among the streets and fields, a common feature of settlements across the delta land of Bangladesh.
Open fields
Flat farmland surrounds the built-up areas on every side, and on the poster it becomes calm, open space that frames the settlement.

You can set the title in English or Bengali, add a subtitle such as a family name and include the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, with a free watermarked preview before buying.
