A compact inland town grid in the Goiás highlands, its streets thinning quickly into open country, stream lines and long rural roads.

Le faʻafanua
Caiapônia sits in the southwest of Goiás, in the high country of central Brazil. From above, the town reads as a tight cluster of blocks set against a much larger emptiness: farmland, cerrado and the fine lines of small watercourses. Its streets follow a mostly regular pattern, the way many planned interior towns in the region were laid out, and the edges are clear rather than sprawling.
The name recalls the Caiapó, or Kayapó, people, and the surrounding landscape carries the same word in the nearby Serra do Caiapó. On a map, the contrast between the compact urban core and the wide terrain around it is the story. A handful of roads leave the grid and run outward across the plateau, linking the town to farms and neighbouring municipalities.
A Caiapônia map poster keeps that proportion honest. The dense rectangle of streets holds the centre of the frame, while the lighter marks of roads and streams give it room to breathe. In black and white, a small town in the Brazilian interior becomes a quiet, graphic composition, one that feels personal to anyone who grew up there or still returns.
The centre is built from fairly even blocks, giving the map a steady rhythm of parallel and crossing lines that reads clearly even at the smallest print size.
A few routes stretch out from the edges of town across the Goiás plateau, drawing long single strokes that anchor the grid within a much larger rural landscape.
Small watercourses cross the surrounding land, and the wider area rises toward the Serra do Caiapó, adding soft natural lines around the geometry of the streets.

Aisea Caiapônia
For people from Caiapônia, the map is a way to keep a small place visible on a wall far away. The street grid, the roads out of town and the open land around them make a simple, recognisable image of home, a first job or a family farm.
You can add your own title, a subtitle and the coordinates line, perhaps a family name or a year that matters. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Download HD files for $9, or order a printed poster on matte paper.
