Straight streets and long blocks give the centre a clear, measured pattern, typical of planned Siberian settlements and easy to read at any poster size.

Borovskiy Map Poster & Print
Borovskiy lies southeast of Tyumen, on the broad and level ground that stretches east of the Urals. Its name points to pine forest, and the map bears that out: the settlement's streets form a compact, mostly regular grid, while wooded areas, marshy ground and small lakes surround it and break up the open land between neighbouring villages.
Like many Siberian settlements, Borovskiy grew around practical work, and it is known in the region for its large poultry farm. Streets are laid out in straight lines with long blocks of private houses and a few apartment buildings near the centre. On a black and white print, this orderly core sits clearly against the irregular edges of forest and water.
A Borovskiy map poster is a considered gift for people who grew up here and later moved to Tyumen or further afield. It keeps the street grid and the lakes on the edge of the settlement in one frame, the kind of detail that stays vivid long after leaving and rarely appears on printed maps of the region.

Lakes and wetlands
Small lakes and marshy patches lie around the settlement, adding soft, irregular shapes to the edges of an otherwise rectilinear map.
Pine woods
Forest surrounds much of the area, leaving wide pale zones on the poster and giving meaning to the name, which comes from the Russian word for a pine wood.

Kwa nini Borovskiy
Ramani yenye maana
Home in a small Siberian settlement is defined by specific streets, the shop on the corner and the walk to the lake. A map poster brings those back without sentiment, a clean record that sits well in a modern apartment.
Change the title and subtitle, add a family date and edit the coordinates line. Select one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir makes the forest-edged grid look particularly striking, like a winter night seen from above.
