Donghol-Sigon lies in the Labé Region of central Guinea, within the Fouta Djallon highlands. This is a landscape of plateaus, valleys and seasonal streams, and on a map the settlement appears as a loose pattern of tracks and clustered compounds rather than a formal street grid.
