Gainesville Map Poster & Print
Gainesville is the seat of Cooke County, a short drive south of the Red River and the Oklahoma state line. Its map is organised around a traditional courthouse square, and a grid of residential streets extends from it in every direction. Interstate 35 runs past the town, north to Oklahoma and south toward Denton and Dallas–Fort Worth.
The railroad shaped Gainesville's growth in the late nineteenth century, and its restored Santa Fe depot still stands near downtown. The town is also known for the Frank Buck Zoo, named after the wildlife collector and film personality who was born here. On the map, the zoo's leafy parkland stands out against the regular blocks.
A Gainesville map poster reads clearly because of that underlying order: straight streets, a central square and a few highways leaving town at angles. Beyond the edge of the grid, creek beds and farmland soften the outline. The print balances a strong centre with open, looser country around it.

Interstate 35
The interstate is the boldest line on the map. It forms a long north–south corridor that carries traffic past the town between Dallas–Fort Worth and Oklahoma.
Zoo parkland
The Frank Buck Zoo and the park around it create an open green pocket within the residential grid, one of the few irregular shapes inside town.
