Central grid
The streets around the town centre follow a largely regular grid, a pattern common to many towns in central Mexico and clearly legible on the map.

Axochiapan Map Poster & Print
Axochiapan is a town in the south-east of the Mexican state of Morelos, close to its border with Puebla. The surrounding landscape is largely agricultural, with low hills and dry ground across the wider region. On a map, the town appears as a compact grid of streets around a central area, extending outward into lower-density blocks on its edges.
As in many towns in central Mexico, the central area around the main square and church forms the historic heart of Axochiapan, and streets run from there in a mostly regular pattern. Roads lead out of town to neighbouring communities in Morelos and Puebla, crossing fields and open land.
An Axochiapan map poster presents the town's structure clearly: the orderly central grid, the looser blocks at the edges and the roads threading into the countryside. Rendered in black and white, it is a calm, precise portrait of a southern Morelos town, suited to anyone who lives there or keeps family ties to it.

Near the Puebla border
Axochiapan lies in the south-eastern corner of Morelos, and roads leading east and south connect it with communities across the state line in Puebla.
Farmland surroundings
Fields and open land surround the town, leaving wide empty areas on the poster that set off the density of the streets at its centre.
