Bad Oldesloe Map Poster & Print
Bad Oldesloe lies in Schleswig-Holstein, roughly between Hamburg and Lübeck, where the River Beste joins the Trave. On a map the rivers define the old centre. The Trave loops around the historic core, making it almost an island, with streets and a church gathered on the higher ground inside the curve.
Outside that core, the town expands in newer neighbourhoods along the roads and the railway, with parks and green strips following the river valleys. The Trave continues toward Lübeck and the Baltic, and its meadows and trees form soft green corridors across the map.
A Bad Oldesloe map poster makes the river loop the centre of the composition. The town is the seat of the Stormarn district, and its name recalls its past as a spa. Salt springs here were used for centuries, and the town once had a spa built around them.

River confluence
The Beste flows into the Trave by the town, a meeting of waters that explains why a settlement grew up at this spot.
Valley greenery
Parks and meadows follow the rivers through town, forming green corridors that separate the historic core from later neighbourhoods.
