Guadalupe Map Poster & Print
Guadalupe lies in the Pacasmayo province of La Libertad, in the Jequetepeque valley on Peru's northern coast. From above, the town is a compact grid of streets in a sea of irrigated farmland. The valley's canals and field boundaries form a strong geometric pattern that sets this green valley apart from the desert beyond.
The town is best known for its sanctuary of the Virgin of Guadalupe. It is linked to a colonial Augustinian convent and is one of the oldest Marian shrines in Peru. The feast in December draws pilgrims from across the region. Rice fields dominate the surrounding valley.
A Guadalupe map poster shows a town that is clearly part of its farmland. The blocks of the centre are tidy and regular. Canals and rural roads spread across the valley, and the whole design feels anchored in the long agricultural history of this stretch of coast.

Irrigation canals
Canals and ditches cross the valley in long lines. They divide the rice fields into a clear geometric pattern around the town.
Valley setting
The Jequetepeque valley surrounds the town with green, cultivated land. On the poster it appears as a finely divided field that frames the urban core.
