Mayuge Map Poster & Print
Mayuge is in the Eastern Region of Uganda, east of Jinja, near the northern shore of Lake Victoria. It is the main town of Mayuge District. The district also includes a large area of the lake and many of its islands, so water is a constant presence even though the town itself stands a short way inland.
The street network is modest: a main road through the centre, a small grid of commercial streets around the market, and residential lanes spreading into gardens and farmland. Sugarcane and food crops cover much of the surrounding land, so the areas between roads stay open and green.
A Mayuge map poster frames the town in its landscape, with roads leading south toward landing sites on the lake and the land between them left open. For people from the district, it shows the routes of daily life: to the market, the school, and down to the water.

Roads to the lake
Routes run south through farmland toward Lake Victoria's shore. They link the town to fishing communities and landing sites.
Farmland spaces
Large areas between the roads are fields and plantations. They give the print a spacious look and show the town's agricultural setting.
