Río Grande Map Poster & Print
Río Grande lies on the high plateau of northern Zacatecas, where the land opens into broad, level plains. The town is laid out in a fairly regular grid of blocks around a central plaza. At its edges, the grid meets the long straight lines of irrigated fields and dirt roads that stretch out across the valley.
The town sits beside the Aguanaval River, whose course shows as a meandering line through the farmland. Agriculture shapes the landscape here, and the fields appear on the map as large rectangles that repeat to the horizon. A Río Grande map poster captures that ordered, open character of the Mexican altiplano.
Beyond the fields, low hills and dry ranges frame the valley. At a wider scale the poster shows the town as a dense square of streets in a spacious landscape, crossed by the river and by the highways that link it with Zacatecas, Fresnillo and the towns of Durango to the north and west.

Aguanaval River
The river winds past the town through open farmland. Its soft curves break up the straight lines of streets and field boundaries.
Plateau farmland
Large, straight-edged fields spread across the valley floor. From a distance they form a quiet, repeating pattern around the settlement.
