Faruka sits on the flat alluvial plain of central Punjab, in Pakistan's Sargodha region. On a map the town is a small, dense cluster of lanes. Around it spreads a very large, very regular landscape of fields. Irrigation channels and rural roads cross the plain in long straight lines, and the town's streets thicken where those routes meet.
This part of Punjab depends on the canal systems built to water the land between its great rivers, and that shapes the map as much as any street does. Straight watercourses divide the farmland into rectangles, and villages sit along them at intervals. The town centre is closely packed and organic, with narrow streets and bazaar lanes, which makes a clear contrast with the geometry around it.
A Faruka map poster keeps that relationship between a close-knit settlement and the open, worked land around it. There are no dramatic coastlines or mountains here. What the map shows is the layout of a farming town: the roads people take to the fields, the market lanes and the canals that make the harvest possible. In black and white it looks almost like an engraving.
Irrigation channels cross the surrounding plain in long, straight lines and split the fields into regular plots. This gives the edges of the map a measured, graphic rhythm.
At the centre, streets and lanes pack tightly together in an irregular pattern typical of Punjabi market towns. It reads as a dark, textured knot among the fields.
Roads leave town in several directions toward neighbouring villages and larger centres. They look like spokes linking Faruka to the wider agricultural district.

For families from Faruka, and for the many who have moved abroad, this map is a reminder of a specific place: the lanes of home and the fields around it. It is a simple, respectful way to keep the town on the wall.
The poster can carry a family name, a subtitle in your own words and the town's coordinates. It comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Start with the free watermarked preview, then order $9 HD files or a printed poster.
