Maxixe lies on the western side of Inhambane Bay in southern Mozambique, directly across the water from the older city of Inhambane. From above, the town is a loose spread of streets along the shoreline. The national highway, the EN1, runs straight through it on its long route between Maputo and the north. Inland, the grid gives way to sandy tracks, palm groves and scattered homesteads.
The bay shapes everything here. Its shoreline, tidal flats and channels form the eastern edge of the map. Small boats and ferries carry passengers across to Inhambane, a much shorter trip than the drive around the bay. Because the EN1 runs through town, Maxixe is a common stop for travellers heading to the beaches of the Inhambane coast.
A Maxixe map poster sets the town's modest street pattern against the broad, open surface of the bay, which prints as a calm, empty field. The contrast between built land and water gives a clear, uncluttered layout, with the town on one shore and the water filling much of the sheet.
The wide bay fills the eastern side of the map, its shoreline softened by tidal flats and channels. Land and water divide the poster almost cleanly in two.
Mozambique's main north–south road runs straight through Maxixe. It is drawn as a single strong line, with the town's side streets branching off it.
Boats link Maxixe with Inhambane across the bay. The short trip over open water ties the two towns together more closely than any road on the map.

A print of Maxixe suits anyone who has waited for the boat on its shore, driven the EN1 or has family here. Add your own title, a subtitle with a date or a short phrase, and keep the coordinates line to mark the exact place.
The bay looks especially good in Blueprint or Sand, and Classic black and white, Noir and Paper are also available. The $9 download gives you six sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF files. A free 900 px preview lets you check the layout first.
