Pāthardi is a town in Maharashtra's Ahilyanagar district, formerly known as Ahmednagar district, and the headquarters of its taluka. It lies on the Deccan plateau in a semi-arid landscape of fields, low hills and seasonal streams. On a map, the town appears as a tight knot of streets surrounded by open farmland.
