Te mapa
An Nhơn lies on the coastal plain of central Vietnam, inland from Quy Nhơn, and was part of Bình Định province before it was merged into Gia Lai. The map is dominated by the Kôn River and its channels crossing flat, cultivated land. Settlements follow roads and higher ground in long ribbons, with open rice fields in between, so the town reads as a network rather than a single centre.
The area was once at the heart of the Champa kingdom. The remains of the Đồ Bàn citadel, the capital known as Vijaya, are here, and Cham brick towers still stand in the surrounding countryside. Later, the area became associated with the Tây Sơn period, giving An Nhơn a long and layered history that a modern street map can only hint at.
An An Nhơn map poster works best with that restraint. The river channels, the ribbon villages and the national highway running north-south form a quiet, open composition, with the old citadel site among the fields. It shows the countryside of central Vietnam as a pattern of water, roads and small communities.
The river and its branches cross the plain in soft curves, giving the map a flowing shape and dividing the land into distinct areas.
The former Champa capital lies within the town's farmland, its outline marking one of the region's most important historical places.
Houses line roads and canal banks in long, narrow strips, with rice fields in between, creating a delicate linear pattern in print.
