Te mapa
Bidur, often spelled Bidor, sits in southern Perak on the western side of the Malay Peninsula, between the foothills of the main mountain range and the coastal lowlands. It grew as a stop on the old trunk road between Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur, and that history still shows on the map: a main road runs through the middle, with most of the town packed along it.
Away from the centre, the street pattern gives way to plantation land, old mining ponds and scattered kampung lanes. Water bodies appear as irregular shapes among the greenery. They are common in this part of Perak, where tin mining once reshaped the ground. The compact core and the loose, varied surroundings make for a balanced composition.
A Bidur map poster suits people who grew up here, families whose relatives still live in town, and travellers who remember it as a familiar stop on the road north or south. It keeps a small peninsular town recognisable in a clean, graphic form.
The town's commercial streets line the old trunk road, forming a linear centre. This spine gives the poster a strong axis and explains how the town grew.
Irregular ponds and lakes lie among the surrounding land, many linked to the region's mining past. They add soft, organic shapes to the map.
Beyond the built-up area, estates and smallholdings fill the frame with open ground crossed by access roads. This setting shows how compact the town really is.

Koteā ko Bidur
Small towns often matter most to the people who left them. A Bidur print keeps the main road, the shophouse rows and the edges of town in one frame, for a home in Kuala Lumpur or much farther away.
Write the title in Malay, Chinese romanisation or English, add a subtitle and choose one of five styles. The $9 package includes A3, A2 and four other sizes as PNG and PDF. Framed matte prints are also available.
