Te mapa
Biševo lies a short distance southwest of Vis, out in the open central Adriatic. It is small and rugged, with steep limestone cliffs along much of its coast and a hilly, partly wooded interior crossed by a few paths and tracks. From above its outline is compact and irregular, broken by small coves where boats can land. Only a handful of people live on the island.
Biševo is known above all for its Blue Cave. Sunlight enters through an underwater opening and fills the cave with a deep blue glow in the hours around midday, drawing boat trips from Vis and Komiža during the summer. The entrance is low, and small boats pass through it one at a time.
A Biševo map poster shows the island as a small, rocky form with its coves and headlands in fine detail, and a slightly wider view can place it beside Vis across the water. It is a modest shape, but one that many visitors to the Dalmatian islands remember vividly.

Steep limestone cliffs and small inlets give the island a sharp, irregular edge that stands out clearly against the open Adriatic.
Biševo lies just off Vis, and a wider framing brings the larger island into view, showing the channel that summer boats cross daily.

Koteā ko Biševo
Biševo is a memorable stop on a Dalmatian sailing trip or a day out from Komiža. A map of it keeps that summer day in mind: a small island, a boat queue at the cave and very clear water.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a boat name or a date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint echoes the colour the island is known for.
